ABOUT HENFOX

Henfox is a property investment and development company based just outside the village of Bradbourne in Derbyshire and St Petersburg in Florida. Our company is unique in the fact that we exclusively use our own cash funds to purchase freehold properties we can develop over the long term.

We specialise in purchasing and developing properties in four distinct sectors:

Residential

In the UK we purchase stone cottage properties with at least 3 bedrooms suitable for short term let. In the USA we purchase multi-unit buildings.

Conversion and Renovation

In the UK we purchase barn and cottage properties suitable for renovation and conversion. In the USA we look for commercial properties or land suitable for redevelopment. 

Holiday Let

We purchase properties to add to our holiday let portfolio both in Derbyshire and the beach area around Tampa Bay in Florida.

Hospitality

We purchase freehold pubs in order to develop and add to our portfolio. We are interested in village pubs in Derbyshire where there is potential to develop both the pub and holiday lets close by. We do not purchase pubs in the USA.
